Social Media Manager
Location: Fully Remote (East Coast hours preferred)

Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow the digital presence across a portfolio of travel-related brands. This fully remote role is ideal for a passionate storyteller with a strong grasp of digital strategy, community engagement, and cross-platform content creation. Preference will be given to candidates able to work East Coast business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand-specific social media strategies aligned with overall business goals
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored to each brand’s voice and audience
Utilize AI tools for efficient content planning, caption writing, and analytics
Publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy to optimize engagement and growth
Foster community engagement through prompt responses and interactive content
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, customer service) to align messaging and support campaigns
Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives
Track industry and competitor activity to inform content direction
Support social reputation management and assist in crisis communication when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands—ideally in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality
Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and relevant social media tools and analytics platforms
Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills
Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus
Passion for travel and knowledge of industry trends
