LocN Hair Products Remote | 10-15 hours per week | Weekly Stipend $100 We’re seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager Intern to help grow the digital presence of LocN Hair Products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty and fashion industries, eager to learn, and ready to support the brand with consistent and engaging content. Key Responsibilities ● Post twice daily, six days a week (Monday through Saturday) on both brand accounts ● Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for a variety of content types including graphics, photos, and videos ● Post on a set schedule and maintain consistency in tone and aesthetic ● Manage and respond to DMs and comments in a professional and timely manner ● Monitor tags, mentions, and repost user-generated content ● Collaborate with partners and contributors using Instagram’s collab tools ● Receive content via WhatsApp and coordinate timely posting ● Track social engagement and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement ● Create and spearhead interactive campaigns on Instagram and various social media platforms (Tik Tok, X, YouTube, etc) ● Create graphics, reels and engaging content for the brand’s Instagram

Requirements ● Must be a college or university student pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field ● Strong knowledge of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Collabs, etc.) ● Excellent writing and grammar skills ● Ability to manage two distinct brand voices ● Self-starter with strong time management and communication skills ● Experience with tools such as Canva, Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite is a plus ● Interest or background in beauty and fashion is a plus

Time Commitment ● Approximately 10-15 hours per week ● Flexible hours, but must follow the designated posting schedule
