About the Role:

NUIQ Wellness Lounge in Cleveland, OH is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team! This is your chance to shape the digital voice of a wellness brand and connect with a community passionate about health and self-care. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, reels, stories, and written posts

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster brand engagement

Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights

Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and wellness offerings

Stay current on social media trends, wellness industry news, and competitor activity

Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role

Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later), and analytics dashboards

Strong content creation skills including basic graphic design and short-form video editing

Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities

Passion for wellness, health, and lifestyle branding

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Experience with paid social advertising is a plus
