    Job Overview:

    As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies for two automotive tire brands to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will manage day-to-day channel operations, including content planning, posting calendars, community engagement, and performance reporting.

    You will oversee paid social advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including targeting, budgeting, optimization, and performance tracking to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal and external creative teams to plan, script, and produce photo and video content that aligns with each brand’s voice and marketing objectives.

    You will coordinate influencer partnerships and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets while maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will monitor social trends, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and growth. You will also manage brand reputation by responding to customer feedback and addressing online reviews when needed.

    Performance will be measured through KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, paid campaign performance, audience reach, conversion metrics, and overall execution of social media strategy.

    Background Profile:

    • 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in automotive, motorsports, or lifestyle industries.

    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and platform analytics.

    • Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and engagement through creative storytelling.

    • Experience collaborating on video production—ideation to execution.

    • Proficiency with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, or Hootsuite) and social analytics dashboards.

    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects) is a plus.

    • Ability to manage multiple brands with distinct voices while meeting tight deadlines.

    Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

    • Base salary: $65,000-$75,000
