About the Role:

Soul Space in Cleveland, OH is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more

Create, curate, and schedule compelling content including graphics, reels, stories, and copy

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build and nurture an active online community

Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement

Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with promotions, events, and brand campaigns

Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms

Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer), and analytics dashboards

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills

Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and report on performance

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or community-driven brands is a strong plus
