    Our team leader, Matt Farnham, leads our residential sales team (see below), but also leads the One Life Podcast and Rooted, a growing faith-based leadership community that inspires business-driven individuals and real estate professionals to live with alignment, impact, and joy. Together, we’re building a brand that integrates faith, family, and business — and we’re looking for someone creative, driven, and organized to help us bring that story to life online. About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to elevate both our real estate presence and personal brand platforms (One Life, The Podcast, and Rooted). This person will be hands-on in content creation, storytelling, scheduling, and engagement — helping shape how our mission shows up across every channel. You’ll collaborate directly with Matt and our operations/marketing team to design, post, and manage multi-channel content that inspires, educates, and connects. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, brand building, and community impact. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute a consistent digital marketing calendar for Team Farnham, One Life, and Rooted. • Create engaging photo, video, and written content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. • Edit and repurpose podcast clips, event highlights, and lifestyle footage for social media reels and stories. • Manage posting schedules and community engagement — comments, DMs, and collaborations. • Coordinate email campaigns and newsletters (Flodesk, etc.). • Support event promotion for Workshop Wednesdays, The One Life Retreat , and local service initiatives. • Track performance metrics and report on engagement, growth, and reach. • Stay on top of real estate, personal growth, and social media trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant. Responsibilities: • Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content • Work with the social media manager to establish our brand’s online identity • Reach out to relevant social media influencers and research new media opportunities in our industry • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement Qualifications: • 2 or more years of experience as a social media strategist, marketing coordinator, or related position • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience required • Deep knowledge of current industry trends across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram • Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video • Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
