Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.
Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote events and programs.
Analyze social media metrics to track engagement and growth.
Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm new content ideas.
Research industry trends to keep our content relevant and fresh.
Help manage our online community and foster positive interactions.
Increase online customer reviews
Support the overall marketing efforts by participating in team meetings.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing is a plus.
