We're looking for a high-performing Social Media Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of elevating a leading B2B brand through innovative digital strategies. In this role, you'll drive measurable results by developing and executing campaigns that boost visibility, generate qualified leads, and build authentic engagement with key decision-makers across various industries. Success means leveraging analytics to optimize approaches that showcase cutting-edge solutions and a commitment to excellence, while collaborating with a forward-thinking team to redefine B2B marketing boundaries.
- Anticipate $65K-$70K, based on experience

- Hybrid role in KCMO; 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X to drive brand awareness and leads.
- Create and schedule content, including graphics and videos, while monitoring engagement and responding to audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, trade shows, and content alignment.
- Assist with graphic design and other marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in social media or digital marketing preferred.
- 3+ years managing social media for brands, with proven audience growth.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
