Job Description
Job Type: Full-time, fully onsite, Monday- Friday
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand’s positioning and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, short-form videos, and reels.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and content initiatives.
- Maintain and oversee the social media content calendar, coordinating content planning, development, approvals, and publishing.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively engage with the online community to strengthen brand presence and audience relationships.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and ROI, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Support and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
