    The Social Project Manager will be a critical member of a fast-paced, integrated team that is responsible for publishing timely, relevant social content. This person will drive the process, owning timely delivery and communication, prioritizing the workload, and ensuring strong production. The ideal candidate has experience with social and have worked in a cross-functional role with project management and production experience.

    • Ensuring that all timelines and deliverables are being met.

    • Managing the creative production execution.

    • Organizing all internal and external feedback.

    • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships.

    • Partnering with other agencies to integrate workflows across all social and campaign work.

    • Facilitating proper processes and ensure sign offs are secured.

    • Ensuring all regulatory, legal and compliance, and branding guidelines are followed to the letter in their assigned businesses.

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business.

    • Three to five years of professional level experience in a project management role, in either an external or internal agency.

    • Ad agency project management and production experience with a social focus.

    • Team player with excellent relationship-building skills.

    • Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; adept at crisis management.

    • Resourceful and solution oriented.

    • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.

    • Excellent social project management skills; highly organized and effective multitasker.

    • Ability to gain client trust and effectively manage client expectations.

    • Strong knowledge of the creative process as well as design and print/web production.

    • Successful project management track record in a marketing or creative environment.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000.00 and $191,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
