    We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how to use storytelling to move the business forward. You’ll own social strategy and content across our brands, bringing our story to life through compelling content and collaborating across teams to make campaigns land. This role is a strong fit for a self-starter who’s equally comfortable analyzing a performance dashboard as they are crafting sharp content.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop social media strategies that use storytelling to showcase brand personality, customer success stories, and business impact.
    • Manage social media channels across our brands, maintaining a consistent brand presence, voice, and visual identity.
    • Use audience data, platform trends, and content performance metrics to shape what we post and when.
    • Plan and run organic and paid campaigns using proven strategics and data to continuously optimize campaign performance.
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to keep messaging aligned and give campaigns more reach.
    • Monitor and report on content and campaign performance, with clear takeaways and recommendations on what to do next.
    • Stay current on platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices so our content stays relevant and sharp.
    • Lead the creation of social content across formats, including video, graphics, images and copy.
    • Assist with other team projects and initiatives as assigned.

    What You'll Bring:

    • 2-3 years in social media, content creation, or a similar role; B2B experience is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience building and managing social strategies across multiple brands, with results that connect to broader business goals.
    • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to bring brand narratives to life across formats, including video, graphics, and copy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating cross-functionally and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong grasp of audience behavior and platform trends, with experience using performance data to improve content and campaigns.
    • Bonus: experience launching or growing social channels for a new or emerging brand.
