    We’re looking for a creative social media coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building our brand’s online presence, engage with clients and industry influencers, create compelling branded content across our social media platforms, and keep the team updated with monthly analytics reports. Responsibilities: • Social Media: Create/manage ads and posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), design content, engage followers, track effectiveness, and identify content distribution improvements. • Advertising & SEO: Manage ad campaigns (Google Local Services, Google Ads, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), use AI for lead generation, and provide content suggestions. • Online Presence: Enhance the realtor's online visibility, suggest new platforms, and update the website blog. • Client Communication: Prepare monthly market updates, edit videos, order/design greeting cards, and update property flyers. • Advising : Provide proactive education to the realtor on the latest tools that enhance content creation efficiency and quality. Qualifications: • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills • Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video • 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist, or similar work experience • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience required • Proficient in social media platforms, AI marketing/SEO, extensive SEO experience, deep knowledge of Instagram/Facebook advertising, familiar with WordPress, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Google Local Services Compensation: $30 - $45 hourly
