**About The Keep
** The Keep is a platform built to support the real-world tabletop RPG community—bringing players, Game Masters, game stores, conventions, and publishers together under one roof. We make it easier to discover games, connect with others, and bring unforgettable adventures to life.
We're building for the people who love gathering around a table, rolling dice, and telling stories together.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Strategist & Producer to define and drive our social media presence across platforms. This is a hybrid role that combines big-picture thinking with creative execution. You'll own the strategy, build the content roadmap, and bring it to life—whether that's crafting a post, jumping on a trend, or showcasing the vibrant energy of our events and community.
This is a great fit for someone who's not just fluent in social but also speaks the language of tabletop—someone who knows what a one-shot is, follows RPG creators, and understands what sparks excitement in this space.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own a multi-channel social strategy aligned with The Keep's voice and goals
- Advise on and implement strategic uses of AI to optimize how we capture, develop, and deliver content—helping us work smarter, scale faster, and work smarter.
- Build and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other emerging platforms
- Create and produce social-first content (graphics, video, short-form storytelling)
- Grow engagement and followers through consistent, authentic, and creative storytelling
- Plan and support campaigns tied to key events and moments
- Monitor and participate in conversations, trends, and communities in the tabletop space
- Track performance metrics, extract insights, and iterate content and strategy based on results
- Partner with the internal team to amplify platform features, community stories, and real-world moments
What You Bring
- A strong track record of building and engaging niche or passion-driven communities
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation
- Visual storytelling chops—whether you're designing assets, editing short videos, or remixing UGC
- A deep connection to the tabletop RPG ecosystem—whether as a player, GM, or fan
- Sharp writing and editing skills, with a tone that's both warm and witty
- Bonus: experience with influencer outreach, campaign partnerships, or community marketing
