    Job Summary:

    As a Social Media and Branding Specialist at Nissan of Lumberton, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, managing our reputation, and promoting Nissan of Lumberton. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, monitoring online reputation, and crafting an appealing brand in our community. Additionally, you will actively engage in community involvement to strengthen our brand presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media:

    • Create high-quality, original, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content that reflects current promotions, events, and dealership updates.
    • Communicate with followers and customers, respond to queries in a timely manner.
    • Design and implement social media strategies to align with our business goals.
    • Suggest and implement features to develop brand awareness, promotional campaigns, engagement in community events, news, and more.
    • Research social media trends and inform the Creative Director of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities.
    • Monitor SEO and traffic metrics.
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

    Reputation Management:

    • Respond to both positive and negative reviews across all social media accounts and platforms.
    • Reach out to customers to address their negative experiences and direct their case to the respective Director or Manager.
    • Monitor all platforms, identifying opportunities for enhancement, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the portrayal of information, images, operational hours, contact numbers, and other relevant details.

    Community/Team Event Logistics:

    • Plan, organize, and execute a range of existing and new events throughout the year.
    • Develop event timelines, budgets, and critical paths, overseeing all logistical aspects and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
    • Create content for social media using event footage.
    • Maintain a network of community contacts and stay informed about local trends, opportunities, and activities.

    Community Involvement:

    • Actively engage in community events and initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and promote community involvement.
