About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist who cares deeply about results. Not just posting content but building real community and driving real growth. This person owns Zoe's social media presence and email marketing day-to-day. They know how to work with creative partners, write in a brand voice, and turn every send and every post into a lesson that makes the next one better.
What You'll Own
Social Media
- Run Zoe's social media channels across all active platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Work closely with external content creation agencies, keeping them on brief, on brand, and on time.
- Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and key announcements.
- Engage the community every day: respond to comments, answer DMs, and start real conversations with our audience.
- Spot trends fast and turn them into on-brand opportunities for Zoe.
- Track performance weekly, report clearly, and adjust with purpose.
Email Marketing
- Own Zoe's email marketing strategy inside HubSpot
- Write and design newsletters that people actually want to read
- Run experiments constantly (subject lines, send times, formats, segmentation) to improve opens, clicks, and conversions
- Analyze every send, pull the key insights, and use them to make the next one better
What We're Looking For
You are hungry. You do not wait to be told what to do next. You see something that can be better, and you go fix it. You bring energy and attention to detail in equal measure.
You bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing
- A track record of growing audiences or improving campaign results through your own work
- Strong writing skills and an instinct for tone and brand voice
- Hands-on experience with at least one major social platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube)
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Comfort reading data and turning it into clear takeaways
- A bias for action. You test, learn, and move fast
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, personal finance, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with managing agencies or freelancers
- Basic understanding of paid social to complement organic efforts

- Estimated Base Salary Range: $80,000- 100,000 depending on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
