Social Media & Marketing Intern

LaVida Massage + Skincare – Raleigh, NC

LaVida Massage + Skincare is a locally owned wellness center dedicated to helping our community feel their best through customized massage and skincare services. We are looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team and help grow our brand presence both online and in the community.

This is a great opportunity for an undergraduate student interested in marketing, communications, graphic design, social media, or business, who wants real-world, hands-on experience with a growing wellness brand.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

Design social media graphics, stories, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe

Help plan and schedule posts that highlight our custom massages, skincare services, promotions, and events

Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, in-center promotions, and community outreach

Capture or assist with light photo/video content (as needed, in-center or at events)

Collaborate with ownership and management on branding ideas and creative campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing

Creative eye with attention to detail

Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook trends

Experience with Canva (Adobe Suite a plus, but not required)

Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Comfortable working independently and taking creative direction
