Amanicare Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Social Service Assistant Manager to support daily operations, staff coordination, and service delivery in a residential and community-based setting. This role works closely with the manager on duty to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and smooth program operations.
Duties:
Schedule appointments and assist the Manager on Duty with daily staffing coordination
Organize staffing coverage and manage rotation of on-call staff
Assist with managing and tracking client funds in accordance with company policy
Monitor staff charting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Support medication administration by assisting with monitoring and timely delivery
Train and onboard newly hired staff, including policies and job expectations
Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
