About the Role:

Westin Enterprises Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Work Assistant to join our team in Carson, CA. Responsibilities:

Assist licensed social worker in assessing client needs and developing care plans

Provide direct support and resources to clients and their families

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case files and documentation

Coordinate referrals to community resources, programs, and support services

Conduct follow-up calls and check-ins to monitor client progress and well-being

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care

Assist in facilitating group sessions, workshops, or community outreach programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work and other Social Sciences.

Prior experience in a social services, case management, or community support role is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Proficiency in basic computer applications and case management software

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
