Job Details: Job Title: Social Worker Location: Cumming, Georgia – 30041 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: Evening Shift, 5 x 8 (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Social Worker experience

Acute care hospital experience required

Georgia LCSW license (required)

BLS certification (AHA)

COVID vaccination card required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates)
