    About Us

    Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services delivers Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout New York City using compassionate, family-centered, evidence-based practices. Our interdisciplinary teams partner closely with families to support children’s development in natural environments such as homes and community settings.

    We are currently seeking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to support our Early Intervention programs in Brooklyn and Queens.

    Job Summary

    The Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) provides Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays or disabilities. This role focuses on caregiver coaching, interdisciplinary collaboration, and IFSP-driven outcomes.

    This position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver Early Intervention services in home and community-based settings
    • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
    • Implement IFSP goals and family-centered strategies
    • Complete required documentation in accordance with NYC EI standards
    • Communicate consistently with service coordinators and related providers
    • Support caregivers through education and coaching
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards

    Qualifications

    • Active LMSW or LCSW license in New York State (NYSED)
    • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
    • Experience working with young children or families preferred
    • Knowledge of early childhood development and family-centered practice
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills
    • Reliable transportation for travel within Brooklyn and Queens

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to operate mobile devices, smartphones, and computers
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
    • Frequent travel between service locations

    *Compensation is determined based on experience, assignment location, service setting, and applicable program guidelines.
