    Master's Level Social Worker - Program Director The Program Director is a full-time employee who oversees the program of Doors to Freedom. The Program Director works closely with the Operations Director, as appropriate, to ensure the understanding of, dedication to, and implementation of the mission, vision, core values, and policy and procedures of Doors to Freedom. The Program Director is supervised by the Operations Director and directly supervises the Program Assistants, HSP/CC’s, and Interns. Responsibilities: Development of Staff: • Conducts initial six-month and annual evaluations with the Program Assistants and HSP/CC’s. • Provides individual or group supervision monthly or as needed. • Conducts individual or group training as needed. • Leads quarterly trainings at All Staff Meetings. Development of Residents: • Oversees the completion of Strengths and Struggles Assessment/Safety Plan - [PRG14] with the resident within their first 24 hours at Doors to Freedom and prior to each Individualized Growth Plan Evaluation. • Oversees the completion and adherence to the Individualized Growth Plan - [PRG07] and Individualized Growth Plan Evaluation - [PRG07-1] of each resident and coordinates and facilitates the presentations. Additional Responsibilities: • Oversees the program of Doors to Freedom. • Participates in annual Strategic Planning to assist the Executive Director. • Assists the Operations Director in the referral process and pre-placement conversations. • Oversees the intake process, file auditing, and discharge process for residents. • Review HSP/CC Contact Notes, Weekly Summary Reports, and Weekly Check-Ins to ensure the program is abiding by the mission, vision, core values, and policies and procedures of Doors to Freedom. • Oversees preparing residents to transition to Phase Three and following up with residents throughout Phase Three. • Assists the Operations Director with the preparation for licensing and contracting audits with DSS and DJJ. • Oversees Case Management and Advocacy to include communication with the resident's Multidisciplinary Team to ensure case collaboration occurs. Engages in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings, Agency Staffings, and other additional meetings as they relate to advocating for residents. • Fulfills the role of Human Service Provider and Care Coordinator job requirements, as needed. • Leads Weekly Staffings in order to update the staff, monitor residents’ progress, and ensure accountability and progress in the Individualized Growth Plan Evaluation - [PRG07-1]. • Leads the Therapeutic Team staffing and provides consultation in order to ensure residents’ therapeutic needs are being met while in the program. • Further, the development of Family Engagement and engaging families, as appropriate, refers to FE09 - Family Engagement Spreadsheet. Other Family Engagement tasks at this time include, but are not limited to: Updating the FE01 - Family Communication Log, ensuring Spanish-speaking families receive translated documents, updating FE09 - Family Engagement Spreadsheet, engaging in Check-Ins with the family, and sending a follow-up FE06 - Family Engagement Weekly Check-In. • Completes the PRG11 - Diagnostic Assessment within 14 days of a resident entering the program and PRG11-1 - Diagnostic Assessment Evaluation every six months thereafter. • Oversees therapy coordination and collaboration, with the assistance of the Program Assistants. • Oversees and coordinates the supervision of monthly Family Visitation and the logistics of the family visits to ensure the safety of residents. • Completes PRG01 - Contact Note documentation for the following, to include, but not limited to: Family Visitation, Aftercare phone call follow-up conversations, and Aftercare In-Person Visits. • Completes RES02 - Resident Daily Progress Notes and Line of Sight, as needed. • Engages with residents throughout the day. • Oversees the performance and quality improvement (PQI) system for their department. • Maintains sensitivity to residents’ socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is demonstrated through the use of language and practices that respect and affirm the experiences of all individuals. • Provides support to ensure residents’ rights, safety, and permanency needs are being met. • Oversees the coordination and follow-through of well-being needs for residents through required medical appointments, specialty appointments (as needed), therapy, Diagnostic Assessments, and Evaluations, etc. • Transports residents to and from appointments as needed (mileage reimbursement will apply). • Participates in Doors to Freedom’s Inclement Weather and Disaster Plan and follows assignments provided by the Executive Director or Operations Director. • Fulfills the role of the On-Call Director as scheduled. • Fulfills other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience: • Strongly Preferred: Master's in Social Work or other related area of study and one year of experience in the management or supervision of child care personnel, a child care program, and/or a closely related field. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and two years experience in management or supervision of child care personnel, a child care program, or a related field required; or Associate's degree in above fields and four years experience in management or supervision of child care personnel, a child care program, or a related field. Compensation: $70,000
