Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Adult Day Care Center Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping older adults to navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in navigating social services and resources available to participants
• Provide support to individuals with diverse background and needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Offer counseling and support services
• Implement workforce development programs to empower clients for sustainable employment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field ( Gerontology/ Social Work/ Sociology)
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience, Master's degree with 1 year experience.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Cantonese speaking
• Strong teamwork ability
• Strong skills in workforce development and empowering individuals for employment opportunities
