Risk Management Program Manager

Position Overview:
The Global Security and Risk Services Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, management, and maintenance of SocoSIX risk mitigation programs to include Travel Risk Management, Executive Protection, Work Safe Services, and Asset Management. This role will implement the SocoSIX Quality Management Standard by establishing programs and processes that achieve the highest level of operational output.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Intercultural Competency Training
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or experience managing complex risk management programs and teams
Observe and follow all SocoSIX corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
Proactive, professional, and comprehensive client/customer communications
Complete knowledge of the service delivery process
Persistent pursuit of operational excellence through daily service evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional and supportive internal and external communications
Emotionally intelligent; able to build strong trust with customers, clients and employees of diverse backgrounds and situations at all levels.

General Responsibilities:
Establish excellent working relationships with employees, field assets, and client representatives.
Develop and present meaningful performance metrics which highlight program strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments and SocoSIX personnel to ensure successful and timely execution of program service offerings.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge and proficiency (SME) over all aspects of program development, implementation, and lifecycle management.
Develop related program documentation to aid in program training, integration, and sustainability.
Create and document formal process for effectively and efficiently onboarding new assets. Provide training and reference documents to ensure assets have knowledge and resources needed to successfully perform the services.
Continuously evaluate assets to ensure compliance with all service and contractual requirements and apply corrective measures when non-compliant actions are identified.
Identify technological dependencies to drive program efficiencies.
Other corporate or related duties as assigned.
Dependencies
Finance Team:
Work closely with the finance team to ensure proposals and service quotes are accurate, and related payables are received in a timely manner or in accordance with company agreements.
Account Management
Collaboration on operational support from coordination team for Executive Protection and Travel Risk Management Program
Identification of technological solutions to drive program efficiency.
Success Factors:

Creative and collaborative approach to program management and company success.
Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives on all SocoSIX Programs
Demonstrated compliance to all SocoSIX policies, procedures, and guidelines.
