Job Description

Socotec Advisory, LLC offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility and continued professional growth. Working within project teams, the candidate will be responsible for performing the day-to-day activities and analyses on a variety of assignments across a broad range of industries and practice areas. Specific analyses may include the calculation of cost growth, delay related damages, lost profits and/or economic damages, as well as evaluation of claims.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Analyze budgeted and actual cost information to evaluate cost growth;

· Analyze accounting, financial, and other operational information;

· Analyze historical and budgeted financial information to evaluate potential financial performance;

· Create, maintain, and analyze models and databases;

· Assist with written reports and graphical exhibits;

· Document and file management; and

· Perform quality control of work product.

Qualifications

Socotec Advisory, LLC is seeking qualified individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 0 to 5 years of work experience desired. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required.

· Detail oriented;

· Ability to balance multiple priorities; and

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
