Job Description
The service desk engineer will report to the Managing Director of IT. In this role you will expand your technical knowledge through working with our clients and our senior technical resources. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills with a teamwork and customer-oriented mentality.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
PLUS SKILLS TO HAVE: Scripting for task automation, VoIP systems, experience with industry specific applications in law, architecture, and finance. Supporting locations that strive to deploy a zero-trust security architecture.
