Electrical Engineer - MEP Systems

A strong background in the design of electrical systems in NYC buildings including, normal power, emergency power (including generators) for high rise buildings and lighting systems. Experience should include fire alarm systems. Low voltage systems experience is a plus. Engineer for this position will be working to provide engineering consulting service for commissioning, design review, field inspection and field testing of building systems. Candidate should have an interest in learning the application of commissioning and inspections related mechanical systems as well.

• Work under the supervision of Senior engineers
• Perform Site visits and Inspections
• Review drawings, specifications and project submittals
• Develop commissioning plans including functional performance test scripts under guidance of Senior Engineers.
• Documentation of various commissioning-related activities.

Qualifications

Experience-4-7 years, flexible

Qualifications: BS in engineering, electrical or mechanical
