What You’ll Do
Operate a sod cutter and aerator
Prepare soil (grading, leveling, and cleanup)
Install sod tight, level, and clean—no gaps, no shortcuts
Load and unload sod and materials
Keep job sites clean and professional
What You Must Have or Be Willing to Learn
Experience with a sod cutter and aerator (or the ability to learn quickly)
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Florida heat
Strong attention to detail—this is not sloppy work
Non-Negotiables
Ability to tow a 7x16 trailer confidently
Clean driving record (required)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
What We Pay
Starting pay: $25/hour
