RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide customers through the 5 phases of an Odoo ERP Implementation:

1. Discovery & Planning

2. Design & Development

3. Training & Testing

4. Deployment & Go Live

5. Use & Refine

Tasks include:

• Analyze customer needs and business processes

• Qualitatively and quantitatively define resources required for a task/project

• Write functional specifications for Sodexis developers

• Coach customer teams to use Odoo efficiently through tailored training

• Support on-site requirements gathering and training at customer locations, as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science

• Between 1 and 5 years of experience

• One year minimum experience implementing Odoo.

• Fluent in English

• Proactiveness as an independent self-starter, interested in working and learning in a small company environment

• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, driven attitude

• Approachable, honest, and a great team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Immediate availability

• Fluent in Spanish

• MBA or Ph. D.

• Experience with other ERP systems

• Understanding of accounting principles

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

SALARY RANGE: $50,000 to $70,000, based on qualifications
