Soft-Tex is a manufacturer of basic bedding sleep products, and manufactures under various brands such as SensorPEDIC, Biopedic, SwissLux, Therapedic, and more. In addition, we are proud to produce private-label products tailored to our customers individual needs. Our customers include Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dillards and JC Penney. In support of our continued growth, Soft-Tex is now hiring a marketing intern for its growing team for at the Mooresville, NC office. The qualified individual were looking for should be outgoing and well-spoken capable of managing our brands' social media accounts and building relationships with relevant influencers to review our products. Responsibilities * 60% of time * Manage social media for Soft-Tex corporate social media and affiliated brand accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. * Manage and administer Soft-Tex brand influencer programs helping select target influencers, send samples, and follow up * 40% of time * Assist product development team with sample coordination (shipping & logistics) and organization of backroom space Requirements * Excellent computer skills w/ MS Office Mastery, particularly Excel * Must be able to work with a sense of urgency * Must be comfortable working independently * Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work in a cross-matrixed environment Compensation and Hours * This position is part time and hours for this position are flexible, but it is expected that the person would work out of the Mooresville office. * Ideal for college students needing internship credit Job Type: Internship Language: * English Required work authorization: * United States 12 hours ago - save job
