We are looking for
Significant experience leading a creative team.
A degree in digital design and/or marketing.
Marketing and digital design experience.
Design team project management.
Proven talent and skills in both print and digital media platforms.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Knowledge of video editing and/or motion graphics.
Understanding of UX/UI principals, hierarchy and responsive design / e-commerce experience.

Job Details:
Lead the Marketing Intiitves throughout the organization to drive sales and leads for growing our business. Work with all department to ensure timely and quality communications. Lead a team of 2-4 artists doing design of promotional products, marketing materials, all brand-related products to company including but not limited to logo, vehicle wrap design, t-shirts, flyers, postcards, email newsletters, and more. We are a small company growing fast (business open since 2011) and need a team player who’s willing to do a variety of different design/website items. "Drive the Marketing" experience a plus. This position will work with both the inside team and with outside clients to design for SoftWash Systems as well as manage the department personnel.

Salary: $71,000 - $90,000 (Base + Profit Sharing Combination)
