Job Summary

Job requires working in outdoor environment daily.

2 positions available, Lead and assistant.

Looking for a Lead tech to help a fast-growing exterior cleaning and improvement company. Individual responsible for working with team members and customers directly.

This is a mobile position and thus you will be expected to hold a valid driving license.

Our company works on both residential and commercial projects and there is a high standard of work required with attention to details necessary.

The successful candidates will be part of the team of Exterior Building Cleaners. You’ll be working on the best sites around so presentation, teamwork and a healthy work ethic are paramount.

No experience necessary, but similar experience in power washing, roofing, painting, pest control, construction, gutter cleaning, house washing, decks restoration, patio cleaning, window washing is helpful.

We will provide training materials, tests and certifications to help grow into higher positions.

Responsibilities

Can you provide excellent Customer Service?

Can you follow up to ensure that all work areas are ready, and all equipment is working properly?

Are you detailed oriented to make sure the truck is prepared for the day based on your jobs for the day?

Can you protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damages once trained?

Do you always have safety in mind for both you and those around you?

Can you follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentration are used to provide a quality cleaning?

Qualifications

Do you have exceptional customer service skills?

Do you follow safety guidelines?

Do you have a valid driver's license and clean driving record?

Are you able to stand 6-10 hours a day?

Are you able to climb ladders?

Can you lift and carry up to 45 lbs.?

Are you able to be outside 6-10 hours a day?
