Frozen Ropes Chester is a premier baseball and softball training facility dedicated to developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. We offer elite instruction, travel teams, and year-round programs designed to help players reach their full potential.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Softball Director to lead and grow our softball program. This individual will play a key role in creating and coaching travel teams, providing high-level instruction, managing recruiting efforts, and organizing summer skill camps. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game to help elevate our athletes and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Frozen Ropes softball travel teams, including player evaluations and team selection.

Provide private and group instruction for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Organize and oversee summer skill camps and clinics.

Assist players and families with the college recruiting process.

Collaborate with staff to create innovative training programs and maintain a positive learning environment.

Represent Frozen Ropes at events and maintain strong relationships with players, parents, and the local softball community.

Qualifications

Mandatory: College-level playing experience in softball.

Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, strategy, and player development.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Bonus: Pitching background (preferred but not required).
