This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months experience managing teams comprising representatives from multiple organizations from development through to a complete production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
• 84 months experience with teams comprising representatives from multiple organizations in the development through complete implementation of multi-year application development and infrastructure projects. Experience with standard Business Analyst tools and best practices.
• 60 months of experience developing and documenting sophisticated, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment, utilizing best practices in system life cycle methodologies, and working directly with cross-agency staff to implement projects.
• 24 months of experience in effective team building, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
• College Level Degree in a business or technology discipline.
