About the Role:

Aquila is seeking a Software Developer to join our team in supporting one of the country’s premier defense research organizations. The Software Developer will write tools to enable the analysis of radar sensor performance metrics and exploitation of signature data. Maintaining several bespoke software packages and optimizing work flows of radar processing with changes to these packages are also required.

Must Have

• Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years - Program/Project Management OR Analysis

• 3 years - C/C++ Programming
• 3 years - C++11 or later, Stand Template Library,Boost library
• 3 years - MATLAB

Skills Required:

• The candidate must have 3 years of experience using MATLAB;
• Detailed knowledge of C, C++ programming 3 years
• Experience with Software Design/Development 3 years
• Software Documentation 3 years
• Experience with revision control software such as GIT and GitLab 3 years
• Experience with third party libraries (ie google protocol buffers)
• Must possess excellent communication skills

Education: Seeking candidates with a BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or other STEM field with 3 years experience.

Clearance: Candidates must possess an active secret clearance to be considered for this position.
