    FreedomSoft, a Denver-based real estate investment, lead generation and sales CRM software is seeking a mid-level software developer to join our growing team. Our vision and roadmap is bigger than we can handle and that means we're on the lookout for the next rockstar.

    The role will work as part of a team and report to the Head of Engineering. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skill, experience, and a history of projects covering:

    • Hands-on knowledge of version control systems such as Git

    • Ruby experience, or similar dynamic scripting language experience

    • Rails experience

    • Experience with templating frameworks (e.g. Haml, ERb)

    • Experience consuming and maintaining RESTful APIs

    • Experience with MySQL and relational database design

    • A strong foundation in object-oriented programming and test-driven development

    • Ability to demonstrate technical know-how through individual contributions, pair programming exercises, and architectural designs

    • A disciplined approach to development, testing, and quality assurance

    • Ability to reason with and adapt to evolving development tasks and priorities

    • 3 to 5 years of hands-on, in-the-code development experience

    • Strong communication skills to create a productive communication environment with team members and stakeholders
