Key Responsibilities

• Lead visionary innovation: Guide teams to create solutions that align with DFS's strategic goals, fostering a digital-first mindset and strong leadership culture.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, IS, EE) and 10+ years of Software engineering experience.
• Proven Leadership: Experience leading and influencing technology projects, fostering high-performing agile teams.
• Technical Leadership: Deep understanding of programming languages and full-stack principles, guiding teams for high-quality software delivery across platforms (Web/Mobile)
• Collaborative Visionary: Promotes innovation, autonomy, and thrives in ambiguity.
• Communication & Change: Excellent communication (written & verbal) and adept at navigating organizational change.
• Cloud Expertise: Proven ability to architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging expertise in serverless, containers, and infrastructure as code tools:
