Are you an experienced Software Developer ready to modernize critical infrastructure systems for a major public sector organization? The Talent Source is seeking 3 skilled .Net Developers to support a transformative systems migration and automation initiative.

What You’ll Work On:

You’ll be part of a strategic team responsible for transitioning legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) to the GoldKey platform, embedding Impervious Surface Review into new digital workflows, and implementing automation for permitting, workload assignment, invoicing, and compliance reporting.

Core Technical Skills Required:

• C# / .NET – Strong OOP, debugging, and clean code practices
• JavaScript & jQuery – DOM, async handling, dynamic web UI
• Oracle & SQL – PL/SQL, stored procs, query optimization
• MVC Framework – Secure, scalable web architecture
• Web Services – RESTful/SOAP APIs, Windows apps integration
• SSIS & SSRS – ETL processes, report design and deployment
• Legacy System Migration – Real-world experience integrating large-scale systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience supporting government or large public sector modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with automation of permitting and review workflows
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
