Responsibilities:
Minimum of ten years progressive experience in IT or project management roles.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Ability to manage in a team-first, collaborative environment.
Experience leading major systems implementation or process reengineering initiatives.
Understanding of SDLC processes and practices.
Strong communication skills, especially with executive level audiences.
Comfortable working with business units in multiple locations with competing interests.
Strong business acumen: understanding of life/disability insurance is a plus.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Familiarity with agile practices and modern development methodologies.
Familiarity with KPIs such as delivery velocity, backlog health, and quality metrics.
Familiarity with C#, .NET, REST APIs, Vue.js, UI/UX principles, Azure DevOps, Jira.
Knowledge of AI and low-code solutioning is a plus.

Work Requirements, Experience, Education, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Industry standard certifications beneficial.
Certified Scrum Master preferred.
