Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

This position will perform Developer duties that involve the following Power Platform areas: Dynamics 365, Dataverse, PowerApps (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps), Power Automate Flows, Power BI reporting, and Articulate 360.

Note : Expected Start Date 03/30/2026 and Expected End Date 08/31/2026. May be renewed up to 3 years.
This position is Telework-WFH, Austin TX 78751. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA (Within 50-mile radius).
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
