The Role

Asensus is hiring a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to take on a role in the development of next-generation medical devices, particularly within surgical robotics. This individual will be responsible for software engineering and programming. No prior work experience required, hiring will be based upon

What You'll Do

• ****Software implementation in C++ from requirement, architectural and design documents
• Software debugging of same implementations in C++
• All Other Essential Duties as directed

What You Bring

• • Degree in computer science/engineering
• • Strong knowledge with C++
• • Familiarity with conan package manager a plus
• • RTOS experience a plus
• • Robotics knowledge a plus
• • Physics understanding a plus

Special Skills

• Clear written communication skills
• Good verbal skills for communicating design ideas and plans to team
• Ability to lift/move items the size/weight of computer monitors or desktop computers
