Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and workflow automation, with strong expertise in Workato
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript)
• Proven track record designing modular, scalable software solutions and deploying them to production
• Hands-on experience building secure, scalable REST APIs using object-oriented programming
• Strong command of prompt engineering and designing effective LLM-powered interactions for enterprise workflows

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve business workflows and enterprise integrations using AI-driven low-code/no-code tools such as Workato
• Partner with stakeholders and end users to analyze processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Design secure, scalable solutions aligned with best practices and business requirements
• Move fluidly between low-code and custom-coded approaches based on project needs
• Adapt to evolving processes and technologies while adhering to change management standards
• Maintain documentation to support audit, compliance, and operational needs
• Collaborate with local and international teams, with travel as needed
