    Software Engineer: Full-Stack + Mobile

    Build Entire Features, Frontend to Database!

    Location: Remote-US (San Francisco Bay Area Hybrid Preferred)

    Type: Full-time

    Compensation: Founding-team equity (1-1.5%) + base salary

    Construction creates the world around us—yet still runs on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and gut feel. Sites generate terabytes of data daily—yet none of it tells anyone what to do next.

    This isn't a data problem. It's an Intelligence problem.

    We're building the nervous system for construction. Think Palantir meets Procore, but actually usable by contractors. Our first customers are already begging for access.

    You'll be a founding full-stack engineer, building alongside our founder and construction industry veterans. Async-first. Remote-friendly. Zero bureaucracy. No meetings about meetings. Just ship code that moves dirt and dollars.

    You'll ship entire features while others are still in planning meetings—frontend, backend, mobile, all yours.

    Intellus Build is the Infrastructure of Truth —the AI-native operating system that connects dirt to dollars.

    The Problem: Construction sites generate terabytes of unstructured data daily—photos, documents, videos, sensor readings. Currently, this valuable information goes to waste.

    Your Mission: Build systems that transform construction chaos into actionable intelligence.

    What You'll Build

    You build entire features while others are still in planning meetings:

    • Build beautiful, fast web apps that work offline-first—because construction sites have terrible WiFi
    • Create progressive web apps for construction foremen that feel native on any device
    • Ship real-time collaboration features where teams can mark up blueprints together
    • Build mobile apps (React Native/Flutter) that sync seamlessly when connection returns
    • Design APIs that don't break and can handle the chaos of construction data
    • Build dashboards that give portfolio operators real-time visibility across 10 or 100 sites

    Requirements

    You are:

    • Fresh grad from top CS program OR 1–3+ years building production web/mobile apps
    • Think 'full-stack' includes mobile—you ship iOS, Android, and web without complaining
    • Can center a div AND optimize a database query
    • Built and launched your own apps (show us the links!)
    • Type faster than you think

    Must Have

    • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills
    • React + modern CSS (Tailwind or similar)
    • React Native or Flutter experience (mobile is non-negotiable)
    • PostgreSQL/MongoDB + Redis
    • Can build a CRUD app in your sleep

    Nice to Have

    • Real-time features (WebSockets/WebRTC)
    • Built something in construction/manufacturing/industrial IoT
    • Strong design instincts—you ship polished UIs, not just functional code
    • Experience with offline-first architecture

    What You'll Work With

    We're flexible on the stack, but likely:

    • Frontend: Next.js/React, Tailwind, modern CSS
    • Backend: FastAPI or Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis
    • Mobile: React Native or Flutter
    • Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), modern deployment tools

    You'll help shape these choices as we build.
