We're Hiring: Software Engineer (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)
Relocation Assistance Available | Full-time | No Travel
$200,000–$300,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits

ChabezTech is seeking a mission-focused Software Engineer to join a high-performing agile team supporting a nationally significant government program. If you thrive in a SAFe Agile , DevOps , and secure software environment — and are ready to build impactful technology — we want to hear from you.

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (Active)

️ What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain mission-critical software (primarily in Java )

• Contribute to Agile team efforts, including PI planning and sprint execution

• Design scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant code using BDD/TDD principles

• Create and deploy automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate across teams to promote reusable code and secure practices

✅ What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience

• Strong Java skills ( Required ); experience with Python, C/C++, SQL, PowerShell, etc.

• UI dev experience, knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT, SOAP/WSDL

• Development on Windows and Linux platforms

• Independent, communicative, and effective in fast-paced environments

⭐ Bonus Points For:

• Experience with SAFe , BDD/TDD, Pair Programming, secure systems engineering

• Tools like Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, Mockito, FITNesse

• Environments: JEE, Tomcat, WebLogic, Postgres, Oracle
