Role: Sr. Software Engineer with Splunk and Open source

Location: Austin or Sunnyvale, CA

Day 1 onsite (3 days a week hybrid)

Product base experience needed

Past Apple exp is a plus

Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its growing Application Engineering Team.

• If you are a keen problem solver who loves to work on a broad spectrum of challenges, then this could be the role for you.

• In this role you will be working to drive and build one of our newest and exciting products which is quickly finding traction.

• Being a new project we are looking for a software engineer who has experience in leading a successful engineering project.

• Especially seeking experience in building and maintaining open source projects or community driven projects.

• In this role you will be developing new features, fixing issues, maintaining the community, responding to feature requests, bugs, making and updating documentation.

• This will all be driven for the product’s community and users.
