Potential Internship Areas:
Analytics Implementation Engineering
Data plays a central role at Paramount, and as part of the Data & Insights Group (DIG), our Measurement Operations team is a crucial part of our success. It drives business, product, and operational decisions by providing rich data, strategic insights and analytical products. We are looking for an Analytics Implementation Engineer Intern who is passionate about data and entertainment, and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position is anchored providing accurate and timely data quality assurance and implementing measurement solutions around our growing portfolio of products that offer Paramount content on multiple access points, including its increasing Originals' slate with shows such as Landman, Lioness, and Tulsa king to name a few.
The ideal candidate should have the interest and ability to take on highly advanced measurement implementations. This requires knowledge of our analytics platform (Adobe Analytics) and the ability to ensure that all implementations conform to our data governance as well as industry standards. The candidate must also possess a strong technical Javascript background, excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset and the ability to easily translate business needs to technical requirements.
Business Intelligence Content Analytics
The Content Business Intelligence team works closely with the Content Strategy team to analyze and report the performance of Paramount+ shows and movies. In partnership with the Data Engineering team, the BI team transforms viewership data and creates dashboards for stakeholders to access.
Data Science
The Global Data Science and Engineering team collaborates closely with the Global Analytics team to develop KPIs, design experiments, and build first-in-class analytics solutions in Hollywood. We specialize in end-to-end product development, encompassing data ingestion, ML model building, AI APP development, analytics engineering, and dashboard visualization. These solutions drive high-impact decision-making across green-lighting, marketing, and distribution at Paramount Pictures.
Qualifications:
Data Technology Solutions (DTS)
The DTS team designs, builds, and maintains the infrastructure that enables efficient data collection, storage, and analysis at scale across the organization. This team ensures data quality, reliability, and accessibility by developing pipelines, integrating a variety of data sources, and supporting analytics and machine learning initiatives. Their work empowers data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across business units they interface with. An AI DTS Intern will contribute to developing and optimizing AI solutions through research-driven experimentation and hands on building data solutions. This role provides hands-on experience applying industry leading AI concepts to real-world industry challenges in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Marketing Analytics and Data Integration (MADI)
We are the Marketing Analytics and Data Integration (MADI) team, part of the Global Streaming Data & Insights Group (DIG), a key connector among the streaming verticals supporting Paramount+ and PlutoTV. The group consists of subject matter experts that prototype, build, and scale data infrastructure and products; assess, aggregate, and analyze data; and shape qualitative and quantitative-based narratives and insights, providing stakeholders with decision support, performance clarity and business-driving recommendations.
The intern will support media mix modeling and media optimization efforts, and will develop skills in translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations utilizing a variety of marketing data and tools. The role will lean on strong communication skills and will be a good fit for someone with an inquisitive nature, high attention to detail, and an interest in media.
Streaming and Digital Analytics Intern
The DIG - Streaming Analytics team delivers subscription health, competitive insights, and market trends of the Premium SVOD landscape for senior leadership. The team works with a wide range of data sources, tools, and platform such as DOMO, Nielsen, Antenna to ensure stakeholders are informed and have access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights. The team analyzes and validates complex datasets across different sources, manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables, and conducts ad-hoc research to support competitive understanding and business decision-making in the streaming space.
Our summer intern will train on a variety of third-party research tools, including Nielsen, Antenna, Ampere, YouGov, and others. They will learn to utilize vendor UIs and Domo to gather, organize, and analyze data in support of the team's competitive analyses. They will also assist with weekly and monthly deliverables. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to develop an independent research project and present their findings to the broader team at the conclusion of the internship. Interests in Data analysis, analytics, consumer insights, strong excel and powerpoint knowledge, consolidating information and research helpful.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The hourly rate for this position is $45.0 - 50.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
