    Position Title: Software Integration Engineer

    Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (Our Facility)

    Reports To: Program Manager / Team Lead

    Job Type: Full-time

    Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

    You like digging in with your teams to effectively perform requirements analysis, refinement, documentation, and some testing support and have a desire to push secure access solutions forward to support the customer.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve in a leadership role providing guidance and direction to a development or engineering team in a program or perform independent research to analyze and resolve highly complex IT issues or serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in a program-related technology or domain area
    • Assist with system design, development, and verification testing
    • Expertise in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of Installation Package, tools, software, and documentation
    • Experience building Installation Packages and developing system installation or build procedures or scripts
    • Identify defects of system implementation documentation and build procedures and work with the development team to resolve and retest these procedures until results are favorably repeatable
    • Create system documentation and build procedures

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in a Technical Field
      • 4 years of additional experience may substitute the degree
    • DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level 2 Certification is required

    Experience:

    • 12 years of experience in Engineering on programs or projects of similar scope, type, and complexity

    Skills:

    • Experience with Independent Verification & Validation of Installation Package

    • Expertise in the evaluation of installation resource

    • Experience building an Installation Package

    • Experience integrating solutions into both new and legacy systems

    • Ability to gather, diagnose, and manage requirements

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel as required.
    • Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive Pay: Annual salary ranges from $200,000 to $230,000. Salaries depend on labor category, years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract.
    • Benefits: Including Paid Time Off; 401K Contribution and Employer Match Contributions; and Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage.
