Job Description In need of a Sr. Business Systems AnalystScrum Master. Responsibilities Lead analysis sessions with technical resources and clients and document requirements. Assist in defining and documenting processes and functional business requirements. Will be functioning in the capacity of Scrum Master leading sprints. Create meeting agendas, presentations, leads meetings with clients and capture meeting conversations. Leverage documented requirements to create user stories, mock-ups, flow charts and functional diagrams. Analyze requirements to determine business priorities, gaps, and look for potential opportunities. Create functional impact analysis for new enhancements and for changes to existing systems and business processes. Required experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a BSA role. 1-2 years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies. Experienced in writing use cases and technical documents. Need to have some experience with at least one programming language. Familiar with SQL and relational databases. Application and web development. Nice to have Digital media experience.
