The Opportunity
Our team is a creative and collaborative group building applications that unlock the creativity of our customers. Our Android mobile team is part of the larger Adobe Video organization, building video creation and editing experiences across desktop, mobile, and web. You will work with Product and Design partners to create new features and experiences.
We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated, Software Quality Engineer with proven industry experience building Android applications. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to join a highly motivated team that is innovating, evolving, and growing our video tools to meet the needs of storytellers!
A successful candidate will become a key contributor on a team with high quality standards. You'll make use of your excellent social skills to communicate ideas and influence others. You will help drive overall quality and influence product direction, working closely with developers to ensure we are delivering high-quality features providing accountability and ownership for everything you do.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years equivalent QE industry experience
Experience testing application software on Android
iOS, Windows, and Mac OSX are a plus
Experience editing video with mobile and/or desktop tools
Passion for testing software, and a curiosity/excitement for technology
Demonstrated familiarity with QE methodology, processes, and tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Good time management and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
Flexibility to move between tasks and sometimes across teams
Ability to deliver against deadlines

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,400 -- $189,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $130,700 - $189,200 │ In Washington, the pay range for this position is $115,500 - $167,250
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
