    I LOVE CHOW is a New York City-based startup that is reimagining food delivery and pickup around hyperlocal communities. We are an enterprise software company that allows collages, high schools, small venues and youth ballparks to deploy their own delivery and pickup programs.

    Our senior team is led by a group that was one of the first to launch mobile food pickup and delivery in the NFL.

    We are currently seeking to hire a Software Sales Representative to join our team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
    • Identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
    • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on progress.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in technology sales.
    • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Experience with lead generation techniques and upselling strategies.
    • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
