    We’re scaling quickly across the U.S. and seeking driven, tech-savvy Software Sales Representatives to help us expand our footprint in the healthcare and wellness sectors.

    ** The Role**

    As a Software Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing opportunities for our healthcare SaaS solution. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to demo to close — supported by our marketing and operations teams.

    ** Your Responsibilities**

    ✅ Identify, target, and reach out to healthcare facilities (clinics, dental offices, med spas, senior care, and hospitals)
    ✅ Conduct virtual or in-person product demos and consultations
    ✅ Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
    ✅ Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
    ✅ Manage opportunities in the CRM and track sales metrics
    ✅ Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and territory growth
    ✅ Stay up-to-date on product updates and market trends

    ** What We’re Looking For**

    ** Required:**

    • 2+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience
    • Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → close)
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
    • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely

    ** Bonus Points:**

    • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medtech SaaS
    • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
    • Previous 1099 or commission-only sales success
    • Understanding of healthcare operations or compliance

    ** Compensation Structure**

    Options Available:
    1️⃣ 1099 / Commission-Only

    • 8–10% of first-year contract value
    • 1–2% recurring from Year 2 onward
    • Example: $2,000/mo client → $24,000 contract = $2,400 commission + $480 recurring

    2️⃣ Base + Commission (Full-Time)

    • Base: $45,000–$65,000 (depending on experience)
    • Commission: 6–8% of first-year contract value
    • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $90,000–$120,000+

    Commissions are paid within 30 days of client payment.

    Ramp-Up Period (0–3 months): $2,000–5,000/month
    Full Pipeline (4–12 months): $8,000–15,000+/month
    Top Performers: $150,000–250,000+ annual earnings (unlimited commission potential)
